Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) is seeking a SAP SuccessFactors Support Partner to provide ongoing support services for its SAP SuccessFactors applications.

About

New Zealand's Environmental Protection Authority administers applications for major infrastructure projects of national significance, and regulates new organisms (plants, animals, GM organisms) and hazardous substances and chemicals. The EPA also administers the Emissions Trading Scheme and New Zealand Emission Unit Register and manages the environmental impact of activities in the EEZ, including prospecting for petroleum and minerals, seismic surveying and scientific research.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Provision of support services for all SAP SuccessFactors applications, current and future
  • Staffing the support service with qualified and experienced SuccessFactors support consultants

Contractor Requirements

  • Experience integrating with third party providers, particularly MYOB PayGlobal for payroll and Qualtrics for employee surveying
