⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Ministry of Education (NZ) is seeking a main building contractor for the refurbishment of the student bathroom facilities in Block T at Windley School, Porirua. The existing facilities are not fit for purpose and require complete refurbishment and modernisation.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Replacement of sanitary fixtures and fittings
  • Replacement of wall and ceiling linings
  • Demolition of existing partitions
  • Construction of new individual cubicles
  • Installation of new double glazed aluminium windows
