Overview
Services Australia is seeking a minimum of 1 Senior Test Analyst. The role will place the successful candidate as a Senior Test Engineer within the DVA ecosystem.
The Role
Test Analysts determine and then carry out testing activities to validate the design and behaviour of systems and services.
- Ensuring ICT solutions improve quality, performance, architectural and functional requirements and are fit for business purpose
- Ensuring all test effort activities are effectively completed and carried out in accordance with agreed test guidelines
- Working under limited direction of senior staff, exercising initiative and judgement in interpreting policy and applying practices and procedures
- Managing and organising own work in the context of competing priorities, including contributing to business planning, changes in workplace practices and innovative improvement strategies
- Working closely with Software Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Analysts and Developers with the shared purpose of building simple, helpful, respectful and transparent services for everyday Australians
Role Requirements
- Decision making dependent on judgement, skills and knowledge
- Having, or the ability to gain, knowledge of Services Australia's software development lifecycle, tools, services, deployment procedures and cyber security policies, as well as industry best practices
