Overview
Defence Housing Australia (DHA) is seeking a Delivery Manager to coordinate and manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering the Salesforce component of the Digital DHA program.
The Role
As the Delivery Manager, you will coordinate and manage the work of multi-disciplinary teams (MDTs) to deliver the Salesforce component of the Digital DHA. Operating under general direction from the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of required outputs, managing risks and issues, and taking appropriate action to escalate when needed. You will work closely with stakeholders to agree on scope, schedules and quality expectations, and maintain strong communication to support successful delivery outcomes.
You will provide people leadership and HR support to the Business Analyst Team, including day-to-day management. You will work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to strengthen team capability and support to ensure alignment with strategic priorities.
Reporting to the Program Manager of Program and Investments, you will support the Program Manager in managing procurement processes and contract administration for the Salesforce products and resources.
