Overview
Regional Procurement is seeking tenders for the provision of surveying services to participating councils on an "as required" basis, for a period of 36 months from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029, with provision for 2 x 12-month extension options.

Scope
- Provision of surveying services to participating councils on an "as required" basis
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract period: 36 months, from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2029
- Extension options: 2 x 12-month extension options
Instructions to Tenderers
Any person or company willing to fulfil the requirements of the proposed contract is invited to submit a tender to Regional Procurement via the Electronic Tender Box.
Applicable tender documents can be downloaded via the Tendering portal until the submission close date, for a non-refundable fee of $50 including GST.
- Tenderers must ensure they follow the Instructions and Lodgement Method in the Invitation to Tender document.
- Responsibility for lodgement of completed tender documents by the deadline lies solely with the Tenderer.
- Participating councils are not bound to accept the lowest Tender or any Tender submitted.
