Sections of existing pavement at various locations throughout the Shoalhaven LGA have been identified as exhibiting the most severe signs of distress within the recent 24/25 road condition rating survey carried out within the Shoalhaven.

The scope includes:
- Geotechnical testing of sections of existing pavements at various identified locations throughout the Shoalhaven LGA
