The Shire of Kondinin is seeking a suitably qualified and reliable contractor to provide cleaning services across public facilities in Kondinin, Karlgarin and Hyden.

About

The Shire of Kondinin manages a broad range of community, tourism and operational facilities across Kondinin, Karlgarin and Hyden, including key visitor destinations such as Wave Rock, The Humps and McCann's Rock. These facilities include administration offices, depots, the Kondinin Caravan Park, community halls, sporting facilities, barbeque areas and public toilets.

Purpose

Clean, safe and well-presented facilities are essential to supporting community use, workplace operations and the visitor experience. Regular cleaning also helps protect public health, maintain Shire assets and ensure facilities remain suitable for residents, staff, contractors and visitors.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Provision of consistent cleaning services across the nominated facilities
• Meeting agreed cleaning frequencies for each facility
• Responding to seasonal and booking-related demand for cleaning services
• Replenishing consumables where required
• Promptly reporting any damage, maintenance issues or additional cleaning needs identified during service delivery

Contractor Requirements

• Contractor/s must be suitably qualified and reliable
• Contractor/s must be located within a 50km radius of the Shire of Kondinin
