Overview
Barkly Regional Council invites competitive tenders from suitably qualified and experienced solar photovoltaic (PV) installers for the design, supply, and installation of a grid-connected solar PV system at Tennant Creek Youth Centre (TCYC), located at Lot 2147, 17 Peko Road, Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.
Objectives
The Council's primary objective is to maximise on-site solar self-consumption in order to reduce grid electricity costs across this facility.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design, supply, and installation of a grid-connected solar PV system at Tennant Creek Youth Centre
- Associated works required to complete the solar PV installation in accordance with the tender document requirements
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in solar photovoltaic installation
- Respondents must have demonstrated experience with PowerWater Corporation (PWC) embedded generation approvals and NT commercial solar installations
