VQ Waterfront - B Shed Cafe Redevelopment Commercial Advisory Services

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Fremantle Ports is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Consultant with significant real estate experience to provide commercial, leasing and market advisory services in support of the VQ Waterfront B Shed Cafe Redevelopment. The Consultant will support Fremantle Ports in procuring a high-quality hospitality operator/tenant through a Fremantle Ports-led procurement process.

Scope

The Consultant will support Fremantle Ports across the full lifecycle of the procurement process, including:

• Reviewing and synthesising existing strategic, planning and commercial inputs
• Providing early advice and input on the cafe development, including levels of service to be provided by landlord versus tenant
• Providing advice regarding market opportunities, hospitality sector trends, operator appetite and tenant attraction strategies
• Providing advice, review and content inputs for tender documentation and marketing materials
• Providing advisory support to Fremantle Ports throughout the procurement process and evaluation activities
• Providing commercial and strategic advice through to negotiation of a development agreement or lease
