Dunedin City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified contractor to replace windows and external doors that have reached the end of their useful life across the DCC Community Housing portfolio.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Replacement of windows and external doors that have reached the end of their useful life across the DCC Community Housing portfolio
  • Initial works covering 48 units across four community housing sites

Further works may be available for additional units, subject to performance and available budget.
