The Australian Financial Security Authority (AFSA) is seeking a supplier to provide support services for its TechnologyOne platform, covering operational support, continuous improvement, strategic product management, and related services.

Scope

The scope includes:

Operational Support, Level 2 (50-70 hours per month)

  • Day-to-day application support, including incident and problem resolution
  • Service request fulfilment
  • User access management
  • Coordination of routine technical activities and escalations

Operational Support, Level 3 (60-90 hours per month)

  • Advanced technical support and service management
  • Vendor coordination
  • Compliance reporting
  • Upgrade support
  • Integrations
  • Data management
  • Governance
  • Training
  • Support for critical business events

Continuous Improvement (20-40 hours per month)

  • Delivery of small-scale enhancements
  • Process improvements
  • Automation opportunities
  • Reporting improvements
  • Configuration changes
  • Assessment and estimation of enhancement requests

Strategic Product Management (10-20 hours per quarter)

  • Strategic advisory services focused on TechnologyOne roadmap reviews
  • Feature assessments
  • Benchmarking
  • Licence optimisation
  • Identification of future business improvement opportunities

On-Demand Services (Additional Hours as Required)

  • Access to additional support capacity across any service stream at a pre-agreed hourly rate to address unplanned demand, project activities, or priority initiatives

Value-Add Services (Optional)

  • Advisory services providing insight into industry trends and peer agency practices
  • Identification of opportunities to further optimise AFSA's TechnologyOne investment and business outcomes
