⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department of Transport and Planning is seeking the services of a facilities management service provider (FM provider) for maintenance of the State-owned asset Princes Pier.

Scope

The scope includes the following Facilities Management services for Princes Pier:

  • Maintenance services, including hydraulic inspection, maintenance and plumbing repairs
  • Electrical maintenance
  • Service of the heritage cast iron gates
  • CCTV monitoring and maintenance services
  • External area services, including cleaning and waste management (including removal of graffiti and storm damage)
  • Artificial turf maintenance
  • Landscaping and gardening
  • Termite inspection
