Overview
This listing is for information purposes only. The tender for Parks and Playground Equipment and Associated Products and Services (MAV-PP892-27) is being conducted by the Municipal Association of Victoria (MAV). MAV Procurement, on behalf of Victorian councils and approved agencies, is undertaking a public tender to establish a panel arrangement supporting the diverse requirements of local government across parks, playgrounds, recreation spaces and public realm infrastructure.
Scope
Suppliers can tender for one or more of the following categories, based on their capability and experience:
- Category 1: Play Equipment & Surfaces
- Category 2: Outdoor Fitness & Recreation
- Category 3: Park Furniture & Fixtures
- Category 4: Toilets & Accessible Amenities
- Category 5: Shade, Shelter & Recreational Structures
- Category 6: Public Realm Infrastructure & Barbecues
- Category 7: Landscaping & Environmental Infrastructure
- Category 8: Design & Professional Services
Contractor Requirements
- Tenderers may submit a response for one or more categories based on their demonstrated capability and capacity
- Successful Tenderers may be appointed to one or multiple categories under the MAV-PP892-27 panel arrangement
Contract Terms and Conditions
Panel arrangement
- The panel will operate on a non-exclusive basis
- Appointment to the panel does not guarantee any minimum quantity, volume or value of work
- Councils can engage appointed Contractors on an as-needed basis, in accordance with their individual procurement requirements and the Standing Offer arrangements
Contract term
- The contract will commence on 1 February 2027 for an initial three (3) year term
- Two (2) optional two-year extensions are available at the discretion of MAV
- This provides for a maximum potential contract term of seven (7) years
