Overview
Verve Projects Pty Ltd, on behalf of Balcon Group Pty Ltd, is inviting suitable SC1 and SC2 South East Water accredited contractors, or contractors willing to obtain the required accreditation, to tender for Permit D branch sewer works at Orana Estate, Pound Rd, Clyde North.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Installation of 265m of DN300 PVC sewer between 7m and 4.5m deep
- Installation of 40m of DN150 sewer between 4m and 4.5m deep
Contractor Requirements
- SC1 and SC2 South East Water accreditation, or willingness to obtain the required accreditation
- Ability to provide evidence of the minimum required SC1 and SC2 qualifications to perform works on the South East Water network
Instructions to Tenderers
- Tenderers must email Verve Projects at paul.obrien@verveprojects.com.au to request inclusion in the tender by 28/8/26
- The tender will commence on 31/8/26, with all tenderers issued tender documentation at commencement
- Incomplete, late, and/or physically submitted or faxed tenders will not be considered
- Submissions where the tenderer is unable to provide evidence of the minimum required SC1 and SC2 qualifications to perform works on the South East Water network will not be considered
