⁠⁠⁠Overview

Brisbane Catholic Education invites suitably qualified and experienced providers to submit an Expression of Interest for Stage 4 works at Holy Spirit College, Fitzgibbon. The project has an approximate value of $9-$10 million.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Construction of a new double storey building consisting of GLAs and design tech rooms
  • Refurbishment of 2 existing buildings
  • Extension to the carpark

Contractor Requirements

  • Capacity for construction throughout 2027
