9 Leeway Ct Roof and HVAC Replacement

The City of Stirling is seeking a qualified contractor to replace the roof and upgrade the HVAC systems at 9 Leeway Court, Osborne Park. The facility is a circa 1990 office and warehouse building of about 990m², currently occupied by Stirling SES, supporting SES training, emergency response operations, and storage of emergency vehicles and equipment.

The building includes office and amenities areas, warehouse and operational storage, and multiple roof forms. Condition assessments have found that the roof and HVAC systems are at the end of their serviceable life and require replacement.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Replacement of the roof at 9 Leeway Court, Osborne Park
• Upgrade of the HVAC systems at the facility
• Staging and coordination of works to maintain SES operations and safe access while the facility remains partially occupied
• Prioritisation of warehouse works to restore full operational capability as early as possible

• The City intends to award a contract to one respondent

Tender Briefing

A mandatory briefing will be held for this opportunity, providing tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties about the invitation to tender prior to the tender deadline, as referred to in Conditions of Tendering Clause 5.3.

No pre-registration is required, as signing of the attendance register will take place at the briefing. Sub-contractors, sub-consultants, and tradespeople are welcome to attend the briefing also.
