Overview
Darling Downs Hospital and Health Service is inviting suitably qualified Principal Contractors to submit a tender for two separate portions of works under a Design and Construct arrangement for the redesign of the Warwick Specialist Clinic outpatient centre.
Purpose
The project aims to deliver a more compliant, functional and future-ready environment that supports both current and projected service needs.
Scope
The project will address a range of existing deficiencies, including:
- A shortfall of compliant consult rooms
- Undefined and inadequate patient waiting areas
- Dysfunctional reception areas and workspaces
- Limited and poorly configured treatment spaces
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified Principal Contractor for a Design and Construct arrangement
- All works must align with the current design standards set out in the Australasian Health Facility Guidelines
Site Inspection
A mandatory site visit has been scheduled for 28 August 2026. Refer to the Request for Tender documents for further project details, including registration requirements for the site visit.
