Residential Renewals Moranbah

Isaac Regional Council is seeking qualified contractors to undertake residential renovation works across three unoccupied properties in Moranbah.

Purpose

The primary objective of this project is to bring these homes and properties up to current living and safety standards.

Scope

The scope includes residential renovation works across the following separable portions:

• Separable Portion A: Unit 05, 17 Utah Dr, Moranbah QLD 4744, and Unit 23, 17 Utah Dr, Moranbah QLD 4744
• Separable Portion B: 37 Kennedy St, Moranbah QLD 4744

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The request for tender has two separable portions
• Council may award to individual contractors for each portion, or to a sole contractor for the entirety of the works

Tender Briefing and Site Inspection

• Date: 1 September 2026
• Attendance: Mandatory site meeting
