- Aligning project schedules across the portfolio
- Ensuring consistency and maintaining schedule governance standards
- Proactively managing interdependencies to keep all initiatives on track
- Providing centralised control over project timelines
- Eliminating conflicting schedules
- Supporting structured governance reporting
- Ensuring alignment with overarching business goals and program level assurance requirements
