Scope
The scope includes:
- Implementation of crowd counting technology across key public areas within the Scarborough Foreshore Precinct
- Provision of reliable, near real-time data on pedestrian volumes and movement patterns
- Enabling the City to understand occupancy levels and identify periods of high demand
- Supporting informed operational decision-making
- Assisting with proactive management of crowded places, event planning, emergency preparedness, and long-term analysis of visitation trends within the precinct
