Overview
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Maintenance.
Scope
- Provision of air-conditioning and refrigeration maintenance services for Cairns Regional Council
Instructions to Tenderers
Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to Tenderlink, using the response forms within the tender documentation. It is strongly recommended that tenderers begin uploading their submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time of 4:30 PM, Friday, 25 September 2025. Submissions must be fully received by this time, and late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted, subject to Council's sole discretion.
- Submissions will not be opened publicly
- The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted
- Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation
- Council may invite all respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications
- Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing time
Enquiries
Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date of 4:30 PM, Friday, 25 September 2025, and all questions, information requests and clarifications should be posted prior to this time.
