Overview
The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Tuckshop Upgrade at Bundaberg SHS, located at 37A Maryborough Street, Bundaberg South, QLD, 4670, as part of the Playground and Tuckshop Grant (PTG) program.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Design and construction of the Tuckshop Upgrade at Bundaberg SHS
- Refurbishment of the school's self service area to create a more efficient space
Contractor Requirements
- Appropriate QBCC Builders licence to undertake the entire scope of works, with a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders' licence anticipated to be required for this project
- Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00, held in accordance with the contract
Contract Terms and Conditions
- All works are to be completed by December 2026
