Overview
Woorabinda Aboriginal Shire Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of Stage 2 of the Gordon Henry Oval Facility.
About
Stage 1 of the project comprises the supply and installation of the modular clubhouse. Stage 1 works are not within this tender.
Purpose
The purpose of this project is to provide the Woorabinda community with a modern facility for use as a sporting venue and as a multipurpose function centre for community events and gatherings. This is intended to provide a place for the Woorabinda community to increase participation in sport and recreational activities.
Scope
Stage 2 comprises the following works, as detailed in the scope of works document:
- Civil and landscape works to Field One
- Supply and installation of goal posts
- Supply and installation of a scoreboard
- Supply and installation of coach and player seating
- Design and installation of electrical, water, sewer and drainage services to the clubhouse
- Associated works as per the scope of works document
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in the delivery of civil, landscape and building services works
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Works are to be completed in accordance with approved design documentation, applicable guidelines, and best-practice construction methods
