Overview
The City of Kingston is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors for the provision of asset cleaning and maintenance services across the Foreshore and select Parks and Reserves.
Scope
The scope includes cleaning and maintenance of the following assets:
- Foreshore showers and foot wash facilities
- Foreshore hard surface paths
- Public BBQs
- Public drinking fountains
- Picnic settings and seats
- Picnic shelters
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Initial contract term of two (2) years
- Option for Council to extend the contract for two (2) further periods of one (1) year each
Instructions to Tenderers
Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All clarification questions must be submitted no later than four (4) days prior to the RFQ closing date. All tender-related queries must be submitted via the online forum (refer to the Online Forum option).
