Monash University is establishing an Approved Supplier Panel for the provision of Building Surveyor Services, intended to provide access to suitably qualified providers capable of delivering these services across a broad range of project types, values and complexities.

Scope

The scope includes, but is not limited to:

  • Building permit services
  • Statutory certification and approvals
  • Mandatory inspections
  • Occupancy permits and certificates of final inspection
  • National Construction Code (NCC) compliance assessments
  • Performance Solution and Alternative Solution reviews
  • Building regulations advice
  • Accessibility compliance advice and audits
  • Essential Safety Measures (ESM) compliance services
  • Building compliance audits
  • Due diligence and asset compliance reviews
  • Other building surveying advisory services
