Manningham City Council is seeking to engage a suitably qualified Principal Consultant (Architect) and specialist consultant team to investigate, assess and compare redevelopment opportunities at the Warrandyte Community Hall and Tennis Club facilities.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Stakeholder consultation
  • Site investigations
  • Concept design
  • Comparative options assessment
  • Cost planning
  • Progression of the preferred option through design development, statutory approvals, tender documentation and Issued For Construction (IFC) documentation
