Overview
The Catholic Diocese of Maitland Newcastle (CDMN) invites Respondents to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for the Assets Futures (Landscaping) project at St Clares College, Taree, as per the terms and conditions set out in the EOI.

Scope
- Landscaping works under the Assets Futures project at St Clares College, Taree
Instructions to Respondents
By participating in the EOI process and submitting an EOI, the Respondent agrees to be bound by this EOI.
- All submissions must be collated into a single (1) PDF file
- Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
- Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt, timed and dated upon completion
The Diocese of Maitland Newcastle is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender, and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit.
