Overview
Kāinga Ora is seeking a facilitation and implementation partner to support its use of the Gallup CliftonStrengths teaming tool. Kāinga Ora has an aspiration to be a high-performing organisation where people are supported to do their best work, and leaders and teams need practical tools to understand how they work best, value diverse strengths, and work effectively together.
About
Kāinga Ora has previously used a range of teaming tools, including Gallup CliftonStrengths, which has been viewed favourably by its kaimahi. Kāinga Ora has procured 1,000 Gallup CliftonStrengths licences and the CliftonStrengths Team Grid platform.
Scope
- Provision of facilitation and implementation support for Kāinga Ora's use of the Gallup CliftonStrengths teaming tool
- Support for the use of the 1,000 Gallup CliftonStrengths licences and the CliftonStrengths Team Grid platform
