Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Department for Education (SA) is seeking to appoint a supplier for the manufacturing and supply of medals for the combined Premier's Challenges, comprising the Premier's Reading Challenge and the Premier's be active Challenge.

Scope

The scope includes:

  • Manufacturing and supply of approximately 139,000 medals per year for the combined Premier's Reading Challenge and Premier's be active Challenge

Contractor Requirements

  • Meeting stringent Department for Education requirements in terms of quality, efficiency, reliability and price

Contract Terms and Conditions

  • Contract term of three years, with two possible extensions of one year each, for a total of up to five years
  • First shipment of medals required in August 2027
