Request for Tender - Management of Bingara Riverside Caravan Park and/or Warialda Caravan Park

Gwydir Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced individuals, businesses, or organisations for the management and operation of the Bingara Riverside Caravan Park and/or the Warialda Caravan Park for the next 3 years.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Management and operation of the Bingara Riverside Caravan Park for a period of 3 years
• Management and operation of the Warialda Caravan Park for a period of 3 years

Applicants may submit a tender for either facility individually or for both facilities.

Instructions to Tenderers
