Tender Description
Overview
Burdekin Shire Council invites quotations from suitably qualified respondents for the removal and disposal of beach debris to the north of the Wunjunga township, as described in more detail in Part 5 – Scope and in Appendix 1.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Removal and disposal of beach debris located to the north of the Wunjunga township
- Removal of partially buried items, mainly concrete items
- Transport of removed debris to Kirknie Landfill for disposal, located approximately x kms from the nearest beach access point at Wunjunga
- Carrying out the work within the hours available each day, noting that tides will reduce the number of hours available for work
