The City of Kingston is seeking a Security Contractor to deliver on-site festival security, overnight security and asset protection, and vehicle access management for its major events, Spring Fair, Carols by Kingston, and Mordi Fest.
Scope
The scope includes:
- On-site festival security for Spring Fair, Carols by Kingston, and Mordi Fest
- Overnight security and asset protection at these events
- Vehicle access management at these events
Instructions to Tenderers
- Submissions must be lodged prior to the nominated tender closing date and time, allowing enough time for lodgement, as late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances
- All RFQ clarification questions must be submitted no later than two (2) days prior to the tender closing date
