Overview
The Office of the Official Secretary to the Governor-General requires a managed Security Operations Centre as a Service (SOCaaS) to monitor its ICT environment and support the timely detection, investigation and escalation of cyber security threats.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Continuous collection and analysis of relevant security information across the Office's network, infrastructure, cloud and application environments
- Monitoring of the Office's ICT environment
- Alert triage
- Investigation of detected security events
- Escalation of cyber security threats
- Provision of advice on detected threats and incidents
- Reporting
Contractor Requirements
The Office will retain responsibility for declaring incidents and authorising or undertaking containment, remediation and recovery.
