Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and Wellbeing Services

New Plymouth District Council (NPDC) is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver a comprehensive Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) Service solution that supports the health, wellbeing, resilience and performance of Council employees and their immediate family members. The successful supplier will act as a strategic wellbeing partner, providing a proactive, accessible, confidential and responsive service.

Purpose

The supplier will be expected to support a diverse workforce through culturally responsive and inclusive services, maintain the highest standards of privacy and confidentiality, and work collaboratively with Council to identify emerging wellbeing trends, reduce psychosocial risks, improve workforce resilience and continuously enhance employee wellbeing outcomes throughout the term of the contract.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Confidential employee counselling services
• Critical incident and trauma response services
• Preventative wellbeing programmes and education
• Digital wellbeing tools and resources
• Comprehensive reporting and workforce wellbeing analytics
• Multiple service delivery channels including face-to-face, telephone, video and online services
• Support for employees and their immediate family members
