Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for remediation works to Council's vacuum sewer chamber network.

Scope

• Remediation works to Council's vacuum sewer chamber network

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in undertaking remediation works of this nature

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the closing time
• Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on submissions received
• Council may invite all respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications
• The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted

Instructions to Tenderers

• Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to the etender portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation
• Tenderers are strongly recommended to begin uploading submission files at least two (2) hours before the tender closing time
• Submissions must be fully received by the closing time indicated in the etender portal; late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion
• Submissions will not be opened publicly

Enquiries

Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close three days prior to the closing time and date, and all questions, information requests and clarifications should be posted prior to this time.
