Overview
On behalf of the Good Shepherd Lutheran College, Hames Sharley (NT) Pty Ltd is seeking suitable tenders for the construction of a new roof over the open forecourt area of the Senior Building at the College's Howards Springs Campus, under an ABIC SW 2018 contract.
Scope
The works include but are not limited to:
- Construction of a new roof with soffit lining
- Installation of recessed lighting
- Installation of gutter and downpipe
- Extension of existing pavement
- Modification of existing open drainage channel
- Associated landscape remediation works
Instructions to Tenderers
- Tender documents must be obtained after registration
- Completed responses must be submitted via the electronic tender box
- Respondents will receive a Successful Submission Receipt timed and dated upon completion
- The Good Shepherd Lutheran College is not bound to accept the lowest priced Tender or all or any part of a Tender and reserves the right to conduct the Request for Tender process and select the successful respondent(s) as it sees fit
- Hames Sharley (NT) Pty Ltd is unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the proposal
- Late, verbal or emailed proposals will not be accepted
