Supply & Delivery Replacement Plant (no trade-in)

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Barunga West Council is seeking quotations from suitably qualified suppliers for the supply and delivery of replacement plant and machinery as part of Council's Plant/Fleet Replacement Program. No trade-ins will be offered as part of this procurement.

Scope

Quotations are invited for the following Separable Portions:

• Separable Portion 1: One (1) Small Truck
• Separable Portion 2: One (1) Loader/Backhoe
• Separable Portion 3: One (1) Large Tractor
• Separable Portion 4: One (1) Small Tractor

Tenderers may submit quotations for one or more Separable Portions and may provide multiple suitable options for individual plant items where those options meet Council's requirements. All plant and machinery offered must meet the requirements detailed within the RFQ specifications, with delivery to Council's nominated Depot at Port Broughton unless otherwise agreed.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• The outcome of the RFQ and purchase of individual plant items will be subject to Council approval and its approved Plant Replacement Budget

Instructions to Tenderers

Tenderers must complete and submit the required Tender Response Schedule together with a separate itemised supplier quotation for each individual option tendered.
