Overview
Mosman Council invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the construction of a 120-metre, four lane, 5 metre wide, all-purpose running track and associated 160 square metre high jump area at Balmoral Oval.
Purpose
The purpose of this tender is to engage a contractor with demonstrated experience in athletic track infrastructure capable of delivering a compliant, durable, and fit-for-purpose facility in accordance with the requirements of this contract.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of a 120-metre, four lane, 5 metre wide, all-purpose running track at Balmoral Oval
- Construction of an associated 160 square metre high jump area at Balmoral Oval
Contractor Requirements
