Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Banyule City Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified and capable contractors to establish a panel for concrete and asphalt maintenance works on a Schedule of Rates basis.

Scope

The works are set out as separable portions of the following:

  • Construction, reinstatement and maintenance of concrete infrastructure, including concrete paving, kerb and channel, vehicle and pram crossings, tactile paving, grinding and other miscellaneous items
  • Construction, reinstatement and maintenance of asphalt infrastructure, including footpaths, roads, vehicle and pram crossings and other miscellaneous items
  • Provision of traffic management

Contractor Requirements

  • Suitably qualified and capable to undertake concrete and asphalt maintenance works
