Operation of Wiluna Swimming Pool

⁠⁠⁠Overview

The Shire of Wiluna is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced aquatic facility operators to manage the Wiluna Swimming Pool, a Class 1 facility as determined by the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Management of the operation of the Wiluna Swimming Pool, a Class 1 facility under the Health (Aquatic Facilities) Regulations 2007
• Opening and operating the Pool over a 27-week period each year, from the end of September to early April
• Operating the Pool for at least 40 hours per week over 6 days per week during the operating period

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced as an aquatic facility operator
• Demonstrated willingness to work in partnership with the Shire and the local community in terms of provision of services and agreed programmes and activities

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Contract term of two (2) years
• Option to extend the contract for a third (3rd) year based on performance
