Instructions to Tenderers
Respondents may submit Offers for one or multiple Districts, however Respondents must submit an Offer for every Station within that District.
Attendance at the mandatory tender briefing is a pre-requisite to submission and consideration of a bid. Failure to attend will result in the Offer being ineligible for further consideration, and no additional briefings will be offered or entertained.
