Overview
The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking to engage an experienced multi-disciplinary consultancy to develop a suite of documents for the adaptive re-use of the former Bendigo Gasworks (Gasworks) site at 8-32 Weeroona Avenue, Bendigo.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Preparation of an Options Analysis paper that considers appropriate and sympathetic uses for the site, along with existing constraints, leading to heritage protection and conservation
- Preparation of a Heritage Interpretation Plan
- Preparation of a site Master Plan and schematic designs to represent the vision for the site
