Lincoln University - Central Campus Exterior Building Cleaning

⁠⁠⁠Overview

Lincoln University requires the services of a suitably qualified and experienced exterior building cleaning contractor to provide exterior building cleaning services for University facilities at its Central Campus.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors, including façades, windows, cladding, roofs, gutters, downpipes, canopies, entrances, and other services as required
• Delivery of services in a manner that maintains the appearance, condition, and longevity of University assets
• Minimising disruption to staff, students, and visitors while services are delivered

Contractor Requirements

• Suitably qualified and experienced in exterior building cleaning
• Capable of undertaking safe and effective cleaning of building exteriors
