The City of Burnside is seeking tenders for the provision of online community engagement software and associated services, including a Community Engagement Hub providing a permanent online presence for engagement with the City of Burnside community.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision of a Community Engagement Hub offering a permanent online presence for community engagement
- Provision of engagement tools
- Provision of reporting functionality
- Provision of moderation services
- Provision of ongoing support
- Delivery of a fully integrated solution
Contractor Requirements
- The contractor must be based in Australia
- The contractor must have a representative based in South Australia
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Contract term of three (3) years, with optional extensions of one (1) year plus one (1) year at the discretion of Council
- Contract commencing on 1 October 2026
