Instructions to Tenderers

Tender documents can be obtained from Lee-Anne Burt (Coordinator Governance) on (08) 9575 5130 or Lee-Anne.Burt@gingin.wa.gov.au.

All tenders must be clearly marked "CONFIDENTIAL – RFT C2026-02 SUPPLY OF GRAVEL" and either placed in the tender box at the Shire's Administration Centre, 7 Brockman St, Gingin, or posted to the CEO, Shire of Gingin, PO Box 510, Gingin WA 6503, by the due date and time. Emailed or faxed tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted, and canvassing of Councillors will disqualify the tenderer.
