Monash City Council invites tenders for the provision of Riley Street Car Park Construction Works, Oakleigh South.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Construction of the Riley Street Car Park
- Installation of stormwater drainage pipelines and pits
- Asphalt pavement construction
- Concrete kerb and channel works
- Footpath construction
- Associated landscaping works
Contract Terms and Conditions
- The intended period of the contract is as per the Contract Annexures
- Council intends to award this contract to one supplier
- This tender is a combination of construction Stage 1 and Stage 1B parts that may be awarded jointly
- Suppliers must tender for both Stage 1 and Stage 1B, and Council may award either Stage 1 only or a combination of Stage 1 and Stage 1B together
