Tender Description
Overview
The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (NSW) is seeking to engage instructional designers and learning design specialists to assist the ODPP to finalise and support the successful rollout of the Role-Mapped Training Program.
Objectives
The project will be considered successful where:
- Learning modules are aligned to the approved role maps
- Learning follows adult learning principles
- Content is engaging and consistent
- Learning can be easily deployed across all 10 office locations
- Learning can be maintained and updated internally by Learning and Development staff without reliance on the consultant
- Programs are successfully deployed through SuccessFactors
- Pilot participants provide positive feedback
- Knowledge and skill assessments demonstrate intended learning outcomes
Scope
The following tasks are anticipated to be required to achieve a successful rollout of Role-Mapped Training:
- Design and production of educational content and learning materials according to best practice adult learning principles, leveraging Microsoft 365 applications, Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate e-learning, or other applications
- Collaboration with ODPP Learning and Development to integrate and configure the learning content into the SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- Support for pilot testing and phased rollout of training programs, including assisting with evaluation and feedback mechanisms
