QBuild (QLD) is seeking a suitably licensed building contractor for works at Emerald State High School, comprising Stage 1 and Stage 2 construction works.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Stage 1: Construction of an elevated link from Block J to Block B
- Stage 1: Construction of a PWD ramp from ground level to Block B
- Stage 1: Removal of 2 lifts
- Stage 2: Construction of an elevated link from Block B to Block C and Block D
Contractor Requirements
