Overview
The Public Transport Authority (WA) is seeking a contractor to supply fresh food for the Prospector buffet, operated by Transwa.
About
The Prospector is one of Transwa's key services, operating daily between East Perth and Kalgoorlie, with additional services on Mondays and Fridays. The journey takes approximately eight hours and includes onboard catering services for passengers.
Purpose
Transwa recognises that the availability of fresh, quality food contributes positively to the customer experience. The introduction of fresh food options has been well received by passengers and has helped improve customer satisfaction. Through this procurement process, Transwa is seeking a contractor that can consistently provide a range of quality food products that meet passenger expectations and support the continued delivery of a reliable onboard catering service.
