Overview
On behalf of Waimea College, Onus Projects invites main contractors to submit tenders for the alteration of Waimea College's T Block building, converting it from a classroom into a mixed-use space catering to the Southern Health School and the College's PE Department.
Scope
- Alteration of Waimea College's T Block building
- Conversion of the building from a classroom into a mixed-use space
- Delivery of the fit-out to cater to the Southern Health School and the College's PE Department
Contract Terms and Conditions
- Intended contract award (indicative): 15 August 2026
- Any future engagement will be through a Medium Works Contract; no contract-specific tags will be accepted
- Works are not restricted to school holiday periods
- Practical completion required prior to 23 October 2026
- Works can commence as early as 15 August 2026, subject to contract signing, material availability, and contractor availability
